  Huge thanks to everyone  who has helped ENABLE since 1994 when it became a registered charity.

We had great fun last year with our annual events, and several individuals have made a tremendous effort on their own by taking part in the Tour de France and the Cardiff Half Marathon. (see the Enable "Facebook"  page for Andrew Arentsen's account of the Tour de France!) (link)
